An adverbial phrase gives extra manner, etc. of an action. Adverbial phrases are made with nouns, prepositions or infinitives.
They can be used to answer different question.
Example
People attend the festival for fun.
A lot of people go to Cusco, Peru to attend the festival.
People celebrate it in a special day.
People celebrate it with street fairs and live music.
There are seven Wh-questions and one H-question in English: what, which, where, when, who , whose, why and how.
REMEMBER!
Question words and their auxiliraries are usually contracted in speech.
Example:
Who is = Who's : Who's coming to the festival?
What will = What'll : What'll they do there?
